CAMPUS ENVIRONMENT & AMENITIES


The Management of BRIC has recently begun to expand upon the amenities and ease of access for tenants of the BRIC campus. Existing amenities include:

    • Access points - immediately adjacent to I-95 - from both Yamato Road and Spanish River Blvd.
  • Spanish River Blvd is currently being expanded and linked through a direct interchange with I-95; completion is scheduled for Summer 2017.
  • Tri-Rail Station adjacent to Campus with a Ring Road shuttle bus serving the entire Campus.
  • On the Greater campus, in walking / bicycle distance you will find:
  • Starbucks
  • CVS super store
  • McDonalds
  • Chase Bank
  • Einstein Bagels
  • The Ale House
  • Many other retail shops
  • State-of-the-art fitness center in the Tenant Services building.
  • On-site licensed day care adjacent to the Tenant Services building.
  • 250 person conference center in the Tenant Services building.
  • A quick-serve cafe adjacent to the Tenant Services building.
  • An airy atrium with seating for 1,500 in the Tenant Services building.
  • Extensive parking availability and a Parking Management system (implementation, late 2016).
  • Modern interior office finishes.
  • Excellent management and maintenance.
  • 24-hour on-site manned security and card key access.

 

Boca Corporate Center and Campus has completed a multi-million dollar renovation and upgrade. This included:

  • Upgraded lobbies with hospitality and security staffing in select locations.

o The BRIC Campus has completed a multi-million-dollar renovation and upgrade. This included:

  • Upgraded lobbies with hospitality and security staffing in select locations.
  • Improvements to access and egress.
  • Enhanced Central Security Services location.

 

o Continued improvements are planned for the following:

  • Tenant entry ways and access areas.
  • Gathering areas across the campus.
  • Signage and wayfinding.
  • Indoor-outdoor Atrium Courtyard refurbishment.
  • Improved food service options in the Tenant Services building.
